Eating clean....all the time

So today begins 100% clean eating. Look out skinny here I come. LOL

Breakfast...

2 boiled eggs
1 slice whole grain toast
apple
coffee

Lunch...

whole grain bread
mustard
lean ham(nitrites are bad, but Hormel makes a lunch meat that is free of them)
salad
water

cup of chili
carrots
water



hearty...and CLEAN!!!

now to plan some food for the rest of the week.
