The 30 day shred. with Jillian Michaels
seriously the longest 20 minutes of my life!!! The sweat is pouring, I kind feel like I could throw up! and I'm fairly certain I won't be able to walk tomorrow ha!
I've come to the conclusion that my size doesn't bother me it is the lack of toning! Things jiggle that shouldn't jiggle ha! So I'm attempting the shred along with some stationary bike riding to try to tone up the jiggly parts. Smaller size would be a bonus, but is not really my goal. Of course I will decrease in size as the jiggly things stop jiggling, but again that is just a bonus.
Posting here to help me be accountable. I have already taken before photos, so here's hoping I dont' give up and have some awesome after photos.
